Short on dough for Christmas presents this year? Why not make your own? Baked goods are an affordable and delicious alternative to smelly soaps and aftershave. And best of all, it’s always a well-received gift whether its for a teacher or your postal carrier. Here is a three ingredient cookie recipe that is sure to wow them this holiday season, even if you and the oven are strangers.
All Recipe.com’s Cool Whip Cookies
Yields: approximately 24 cookies
Shopping List:
-One (18.25 ounce) box of your favorite cake or brownie mix
-Two Eggs
-One (8 ounce) container of thawed whipped topping
Pre-heat conventional oven to 350 degrees. In one large bowl combine eggs, box of cake mix and container of whipped topping. Blend well with a spoon until it thickens into a sticky batter. You will want to keep your hands wet to better rolls the dough into tablespoon sized balls. Place on a greased baking sheet and back for approximately 10-12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool for around two minutes. If you have any confectioners’ sugar, sift on top for decoration. Serve and enjoy!
